depends on the severity. if its deep he will have a hard time catching and dribbling. Defensively he should be able to play through it since he doesn't use his hands anyway

Might actually be some addition by subtraction since he and Melo can't figure out how to space the floor and play together anyway. Maybe we can get some better ball movement.

something is definitely wrong with him, other than basketball. That whole "brother tragically dying in a car crash" thing combined with an injured back all season must be screwing with the guys head real bad.

If he wanted to throw a punch and possibly miss a game, he should have punched LeBron or D-Wade. Better yet, he should have put that energy into dunking the ball and hitting his damn free throws instead of so many tired layup attempts.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

i don't care how many points amare had tonight - he made absolutely zero impact on the game. he has completely lost all explosiveness around the hoop and can't finish. he plays no defense whatsoever and doesn't even attempt to stop layups. dude acts like a tough guy but he plays softer than steve kerr. i've had enough of amare.

if he really is out next game, it's probably addition by subtraction because amare is just a detriment right now.

Damn as i trash amare i forgot about that. its been a rough year for him but he just doesn't fit a defensively oriented team. Not trying to be a dick. It is what it is
