melo is going to have to keep playing out of his mind, but how we get stat to defend is gonna be the question no one can answer.

our d is going to have to be huge, and i'd love to see us pull an upset...it could happen...maybe miami is overconfident or one of the ancient pg's on our team steps up...but i think we have to be realistic and see that this is not likely to go well for us.

I think the Heat have caught breaks against the Knicks this year. We've never played them with a full team and a team that has a solid identity. We haven't played them with everyone feeling confident. Heck even Landry is feeling good about his game right now. I think the Knicks have much more chemistry off the bench than they have at any time this year. The thing I like is that I don't think the Heat can throw anything at the Knicks that they haven't seen, but the Knicks are playing at a different level now than they did earlier.

Knicks have experienced PG's, even if they aren't spectacular. They won't make as many mistakes as a young PG not used to this level of play.
Knicks have better depth and an equally tough defense. When the Knicks are focused in they can be just as smothering on D.

This is a horrid 1st rd matchup, but there are some things on the Knicks side. We've got to play smart on Offense tho. If we can keep them from getting a ton of easy buckets on fast breaks, the Knicks have a good shot.
