15-6 under Woody says it all, getting us into the playoffs...Demanding defense and giving the ball to Melo...Melo stepped up on both ends of the floor...I really want to see how Woody does in the playoffs...I hope he kills it and get the job next year...But we will see how he fears in the playoffs...Thanks Woody for bringing me hoops in May!!!!...Go Knicks!!!

kudos when you win a playoff series, he's already shown he can win big in the regular season, but the playoffs have been a struggle to say the least..

1) win a game or 2 in the first rnd gets your name push futher to the top as far as coaching canidates

2) win a first rnd series against the the bulls or heat narrows the canidates to phil and calipari.

3) take the team to eastern final, wood gets a 3 year deal case close..

4) get us to the NBA finals, 5 year deal, with every option available

5) win the NBA fianls and he should become the highest paying coach in sports history

+1 The Knicks had to go on a great run to overcome 18-24. Getting into the playoffs and keeping the HOuston pick given up in the McGrady a non lottery pick were huge accomplishments.

I'll look forward to the day when trading our picks are SUPPOSE TO IMPROVE THE TEAM and not worry about those picks becoming lottery picks.

I agree. But up until a short time ago that trade was going to be even worse than it is at this point. The Knicks were lottery bound if they didn't go on a run after starting out 18-24.

Getting to the playoffs isn't an accomplishment with the team we have.

If we didn't make it it would have been a disgrace.

I am very happy with woodson although you make goog points. We were talking championship before the season so the playoffs were suppose to be a given
