Great article. Dolan is a willing spender. In regards to this roster you could criticize him agreeing to amnestying Billups for Tyson because D'Antoni is a point guard reliant coach. However, building a more traditonal team with the best or second best defensive center in the league is a positive in my opinion. Also, you can criticize Dolan for the Melo trade. I trashed the move and I think I probably was wrong. However it is Dolan's team and his money. My guess is that this team finishes more than 2 games above .500 this year and makes some noise in the playoffs.
I am not going to buy any Jimmy D and the Straight Shots albums but I think his meddling is a bit overstated and I like the team his management group has put together.

The team hasn't achieved anything to warrant such a notion. Owners get credit when their teams go far in the playoffs on a consistent basis. If the team makes it at least to the conference finals this year, he should begin to get some credit.

Regarding Chandlers performance, that credit goes to the management who bought him in and his coaches (even MDA).
