You can teach a guy about the form all you want, but shooting is all mindset, practice, repetition, , confidence (To the point that a negative thought is a disease your body is completely immune to) consistency, proprioception, adjusting to the environment and your changes in your body, etc.. Just remember, Jared Jefferies has a very good form too.
People also don't realize all the little things you have to do to be a good shooter as well. You can teach this stuff until the cows come home, but until you get into the mindset that these correct things have to be part of your shooting every single shot, then one may never become a great shooter.
Somebody brought up Shumpert. I'm not sure if it was H20 or another trainer or just himself, but his shooting is MUCH better. You can see a dramatic difference between how he shot in college, and now. Completely different.
