Ever since I arrived here, I have been doing nothing but taking cheapshots and potshots at Melo so I am going to attempt to do the opposite and say something nice about Melo. What I like about Melo is that he is able to play terribly and the Knicks can still win with a blow out. I also loved that he suffered a groin injury and didn't interfere when Linsanity was born. I love Melo for that. To me, that is the kind of positive vibe that Melo brings to the team when he's off the floor. Knicks performed like a team that is cohesive simply because Melo is currently resting on the bench. To me, that is amazing. Melo is amazing that he can do all these things and Knicks still wins without him. Thank You Melo.

This is about the only positive I will give him.

You haven't fooled me, The Melo, aka Petulant Dog.

Na, Melo is clearly playing much much better. Notice Granger didn't do much the last two games. Got to give Melo credit there.
Also, Melo was drawing double teams when he wasn't posting up and that really helped Lin with space in the 4th. (When the team was clicking then it was funny watching Indy try to guard us as everyone on the floor was dangerous.)

I do wonder if Gallo was here if we would be a better team, but in the playoffs we need a closer. I haven't watched Gallo this year but I doubt he suddenly became a closer.

Yeah, I was happy when Melo was out as well and Linsanity took off. But I started to realize that division will get us nowhere. Quantum physics says all the negative energy we bring will in one way or another be felt. So, I'm not going to hold a blind eye to Melo or Stats bad plays, but I also will pat them on the back and recognize them when they play well. Anyone notice David Wests game last two nights? Yeah, me neither, thanks Stat.

To hold an opinion through changes is ignorance and I'm not calling names. I mean by definition, to be inflexible means you will miss things as "you already know". Well, I do have some reservations, but I'm not gonna hate. I'm too open minded and flexible to become that in life.

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. Albert Einstein

It's not inflexible to correctly point out that Melo is a petulant dog. He dogged it for D'Antoni and now he is suddenly playing with energy.

That act alone tells you that he is not a stable character and we are in for ugly days in the future.

That's not being inflexible, that's correctly assessing the situation.

Carmelo dogged it like a little boy. Guys who dog it like this are not men, they are not winners. Period.
