When he went ballistic on Lin for not giving Melo the ball even when Lin was hot, made his shot, annoyed his defender, made a steal, gave some great passes and got to the charity stripes a few times and where was Melo, he was flat footed, couldn't hit a duck if he went up to it point blank range with a rifle and Woodson is over the sideline yelling his just for men's beard off.

What the hhhhhhhhhhheeeeellll? What's a guy gotta do to be appreciated? Had Lin not went into Linsanity mode, Knicks probably wouldn't be up by nine during that little scoring stretch.

I can already see Woodson still yelling at Lin in the locker room.

No, this isn't Melo's team, this is the NEW YORK KNICKS. And Woodson needs to trust Lin a little bit more that is all.

Lin played great in Q4 and won the game for us. Woody needs a chill pill.
TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

Woody's from the "Larry Brown school" of giving their starting point guards hell.

If Woodson keeps harping on and on about Lin whether he plays well or not, Lin is going to start demanding/looking for a trade in the off-season. You also have Screaming A. Smith yelling at Lin too over the airwaves. Seems like Lin can't catch a break anywhere. Lin is giving Knicks their money's worth and then some. You see, this is what I am afraid of. I know he's a restricted free agent but still... Coach Woodson needs to take a step back and examine the cost of Lin. Yelling for him to pass the ball to Melo... That's just absurd. Just let Lin play basketball. When Lin is hot, you get out of his way.

I love it that Lin completely ignored Woodson's demand and just went four possessions without passing the ball to Melo. LOL. I think the ghost of MDA was standing mid-court like a hologram of Obi Wan Kenobi telling Lin to "USE THE FORCE"

Ugh. He should give hell to players based on their on-the-court performance not based on the position they play.

is lin a baby or something. he dribbled into a double team instead of passing the ball. He was over dribbling a little too much. so the coach wanted him to pass. Big deal. He should not break the play what the coach call because we know some knicks fans hate when players breaks the play of he coach. So why mad now? I do not know about you but i like seeing Lin with a low number of turnovers maybe there is a reason for that.

Because if Lin were performing terribly, maybe I can understand Woodson's concern but he wasn't. He was in his Linsanity mode in the 4th.

Lin is dangerous in the 4th. That is where he does most of his damage to the other team.

Like most coaches say be worried when i stop yelling at you. lin performed great against Collinson and they brought Hill over and Lin sarted to over dribble and get into bad positions. he wants perfection out of all his players. What is wrong with that. He was yelling at everyone when they did wrong at that specific time.

I'm guessing since Woodson is black, Syniko is referring to Woodson's mouth.

Now the joy of my world is in Zion How beautiful if nothing more Than to wait at Zion's door I've never been in love like this before Now let me pray to keep you from The perils that will surely come

I don't mind him yelling at players but he was yelling for Lin to pass the ball to Melo. Why Melo? There are four other Knicks players on the court.

Now if Woodson was yelling "pass the ball, Lin..." then I can understand. Lin couldn't pass the ball to Melo because Pacers would have been waiting for him to do it since Woodson was over on the sideline screaming "Pass to Melo" It would have resulted into another turnover for Lin.

If Woodson is a good coach, he should have been yelling to NOT pass the ball to Melo.
