He has played for D'Antoni and flourished in Phoenix.

He rebounds well and averaged 6 assists per game in 2006-07.

Did you know Amare shot like 55% for MDA. In Phoenix. But just 47% with MDA in NY. Just saying

Vmart--Amare was a different physical specimen in Phoenix. Different player.

Nice catch. The bonus in Diaw's skill set is his ability to do other things well.

Boris rebounds effectively by playing taller than his listed 6'8. He is an accomplished passer in an uptempo game. That is huge. His ball handling alertness is huge difference between he and Stoudemire.

The best part? He can defend more than one frontcourt position.

VMart - Forget the retrospective, how do you think a Jared Jeffries with offensive polish would fit?

Diaw is not what this team needs.

Unless the trade is Diaw for Melo, then sign me up.

Who you gonna believe, some unnamed rumor source, or your friendly neighborhood Answer Man?

Boris Diaw would be a perfect fit and Mike D'Antoni knows it.

There is no salary fit for this player unless we trade a big three type.

No need for Diaw, that's an MDA guy, he's gone after this week anyways.

I like Diaw. I like his game. I will take him, but only if Nash is the PG he made Diaw. Nash made Diaw and MDA.

If Diaw can play nice with Nash, he can play nice with Lin.

It is a match made in heaven.

but as a previous poster mentioned. He does have moobs and for that alone, he will get torn to shreds in NY.

I liked Diaw as a player back in the day, but that was 100 pounds ago. He's become the 2K version John "Hotplate" Williams now.

I'd take Diaw for Fields. No doubt.
