They also gave up Bogut and Stephen Jackson so I'm guessing it will help the Knicks. We'll have to see how Jennings and Ellis mesh. Jennings name has been floated in trade rumors as well so they might not be done yet.

The Bucks have traded Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson to the Warriors for Monta Ellis, Ekpe Udoh and Kwame Brown, sources confirmed.

The Magic had been hoping to acquire Ellis, but Golden State was adamant about converting him into a center.

Bogut is signed through the 13-14 season.

Good trade for GS once Bogut gets healthy. Sad to see my former Baylor Bear Udoh get shipped out there. Hope he makes a splash in Milwaukee.

Good point. It'll be interesting to see if they need time to mesh and learn Skiles' system.

oh it definitely helps the Bucks. that backcourt definitely has a ceiling, but they turned two dead rosters spots into a big stat guy. high risk moves for the Warriors but it's a risk worth taking IMO

A real head scratcher move for the Bucks, as I have no idea how Ellis pairs with Jennings. For GS, Bogut is very good when he plays, but he is always hurt.

Wow, what a weird trade, especially for the Bucks. I think this will hurt their chances of making the playoffs. Of course, if the Knicks keep losing they don't have to worry.

Jackson and Bogut weren't playing so they add a scorer to put proverb guys like delphino on the bench. Monta couldn't play nice with Stephan Curry....monta....meet Jennings, lol.

Any way they got better....the knicks are better already and we can't win, smh
