Staggering Knicks Are Glad to Have Houston Back!!!
Hopefully, since now we have our full lineup back, we can get back in the groove in terms of team chemistry.. Now we need to get into a long winning streak, to at least secure the fourht or fith seed.
Folks, It is possible...

Dont be so sure about the chemistry right off the bat...if i remember correctly, the first time houston came back this season after sitting...he looked kinda lost his first 2 games. Either way, allan is definately an upgrade over shandon.

Yeah he is pretty healthy. The article says he was knocking down his sweet jumper from ALL angles. When he was playing games before the long abscense, he was missing shots he would usually make. All rise, the King is back

Yeah, he does fit right in with the rest of the bunch, except he might be the only Knick that can hit an outside shot with any level of consistency!
THIS SEASON, given the balky knees, he's still shooting 44.2% from the field, just a shade below his career average of 44.5%. His 3pt% stands at 42.5%, which is actually his best percentage in 4 years.
Until I looked just now, I thought Houston's shooting numbers were way down. I was wrong. However, he's down half an assist and half a rebound this year, which might just suggest he's been less active w/o the ball.
Houston's lack of D hasn't been due to lack of effort--- he just doesn't have naturally quick feet for a SG. He's become at least an average defender in recent years, tho perhaps this season his bad knees have downgraded him to below average status once again.
Oh yeah... he's also not nearly as mistake prone as Shandon "low basketball IQ but high effort" Anderson. Houston is no basketball genius either, though...
