Kobe loves Basketball and he loves winning and he is hungry for it. Players like Melo and Amare are just there to take up salary space and they couldn't care any less if they went nowhere.

Lin loves basketball and he loves winning and he is hungry for it. He is humble but right now, you can see the disappointment in his eyes. He makes very little and produces superstar-like numbers across the board.

20 pts and 13 assists and yet Knicks still lose to Bucks. How many PG out there would give their left nut to put up 20 Pts and 13 assists consistently? Derek Fisher is a veteran and a team leader but when was the last time he put up 20 points and 13 assists????

Melo and Stat definitely love losing - they would rather lose actually - Berman wrote about it last week - definitely true.

D Fisher does not play in this system - can't compare numbers. Lin is a gift, we appreciate him alot - lets hope he adjusts to the other teams adjustments.

Lin is basically a rookie. He will go thru ups and downs. I love his upside considering the whole package. He can be an all-star. No one should fault him for his weaknesses.

So let's not criticize the guy who has the ball 90% time, runs the offense, and decides who shoots it on the team. Let's just chalk it up to he doesn't get paid as much, is basically a rookie, so if we lose, let's blame it on the superstars that shoot it half as much, because the point guard didn't get them ball.

Man, you are tough on Melo and Stat. Kobe's desire to win is just a shade under Micheal Jordan. Kobe has the eye of the Tiger every single game. I don't think it is fair to compare Melo and Stat to Kobe (six time champion). Kobe's game play on is on another echelon. I wouldn't even put Lebron's desire to win in the same league as Kobe.

"Before last night’s Bulls-Knicks game at the United Center, a (youngish-looking) Chicago fan spat on his hand numerous times, then high-fived Jeremy Lin and a few unidentifiable members of the Knicks as they came onto the court. Yeah, he makes sure to get a close-up of the loogie(s), just so you know he actually did it. LMFAO.

We get it, guy: you’re grimey. You’re super-grimey. You’re so super-grimey and such a little badass that you’re going to spit in your palm, fake excitement as the Knicks come through the tunnel, then dap them with your little loogie hand. You will be the toast of the mall tomorrow, little grimey kid. The establishment will crumble. The Hot Topic cred you will get from this stunt? Absurd. The world is yours."

Lin may end up making the most money of any Knick player ever. Who needs an NBA max contract.

Linsanity Following Yao

The 6-foot-3 guard, who ignited a fan frenzy dubbed “Linsanity,” follows former Houston Rockets’ All-Star center Yao Ming in drawing Chinese interest in the NBA. The 7-foot-6- inch Yao, a Shanghai resident, signed sponsorship deals with companies including Apple Inc. (AAPL) and McDonald’s Corp (MCD) before he retired last July. Sports Illustrated in June ranked him the fifth-highest paid non-U.S. athlete in the world, with an estimated annual income of $36 million.

I don't know man. I watched this kids' video.. most of them are derogative towards minorities, gays and lesbians and violence. I reported that user account, but not sure what Google will do.
