Nets lost, but a highlight is a highlight.

Nice dunk!

Know a Net?

You never know when you might need to go to "UltimateNets.com"!

Tune in or tune out.

While it is somewhat content specific, Netsdaily is one of the best sites on the internet devoted to a specific team. I personally favor UK but I have some friends that are Nets fans and love that site. They have twitter links and lists that are relevant to the Knicks.

Papabear Says

He better save those knees. You keep dunking like that and it wear and tear on your body especially when you don't have to do that.

I've never seen someone jump that high. Brings me back to the 2005 draft when I was hoping we drafted bynum, granger or green and instead we drafted Channing FN Frye

"NetDaily" is a nice site.

Not he level of activity that is here.

I did not register there but I bookmarked the site.

My plan next season is to come up one weekend and see both a Knick and a Nyet game.

What did I learn over there this morning? Even after the Deron trade, Nets still own all their picks going forward. They own the Rockets pick which is top 14 protected. In a very deep draft, this could be a good pick. They own their own no. 1 this year. I asume its lottery.

Howard can walk away and sign with Nets and they can keep everything. Including Deron.

So what do they have? Draft picks, an all star guard, some nice pieces on the roster now, and some serious cap space. Maybe an owner who actually knows what he is doing?

Once upon a time the Nets where the flagship ABA team winning two of the last three ABA titles. They wondered the desert for nearly 40 years and now return to NY but not in the suburbs, but to the grit and substance of Brooklyn. Millions around country lay claim to being from Brooklyn.

The Nets on April 23rd will celebrate 35 years of being in the swamp. They will have former players and video.

Then they should never ever speak of that era again! A form of exorcism.

The Knicks are daring me.

If DJ can defect to Toronto I can at the very least take an interest in another team. Don't "Blame" me, I've been here for 42 years and rooting for another chip for 39!

ts apparent the team is just starphuching for revenue thats fine. Its all about business first and I respect that. But an honest effort is what have questioned for a long time. On paper we seem to bring talent but does not work.

In my opinion Dolan does not understand what a winning culture does. It promotes a positive environment and good things happen. It takes a plan and patience. San Antonio in the Pop era is a prime example. They don't win every year but they evolve the team over time. Prior to Jim Buss, the Lakers don't win every year but they plan and look forward. Two examples.

Knicks are so scared of not having celebrity row ripe with stars we panic and bring in starphuch coaches, Gm's and Players all with no reason other than to keep interest going.

The russian is not scared to lose. He might lose Deron and get nothing in return. Dolan never "won" anything because he never earned what he has. The russian, like many sucessful businessmen take risks. Some pan out, some don't. I can respect that. Cuban has done it and eventually he won in Dallas. He is going for it again.

Dare me they do.

1 highlight dunk from this generation's SidneyMoncriefDrDunkensteinHaroldMiner, and we're ready to abandon ship to go watch the Long Island Brooklyn Rutgers Borscht connection.

Good riddance.

Have fun getting entertained

39 years of Fale prophets.

If you were there for the DR J. years you would understand.

DR J in his prime closed out games and would provide highlights at pivital points of a game.

It was awesome! Dr. J fly and dunk over Artis Gilmore was a sight to behold.

Broke my heart when he was sold to 76ers. They played one lame year on Long Island after that then bolted while the meadowlands were buing built to piscataway. I never saw a game in the 35 years they played on Jersey soil. After that they were irrelevant.

If you read my posts, its not "1 hightlight dunk".

I don't expect everyone to share my sentiments.

Don't forget "JR Rider" dunks!

Dwight and Melo are about the same in my book. Not big fans of either. Melo is a knick and I don't really object to him. He is playing up to his billing.

I have not lost faith, but im getting there.

If it comes to it, my defection will not be televised.

I was there. It was the ABA. The ABA, man.

Yes, George McGinnis tapping the ball 15 times off the backboard to pad his rebounding stats was also a sight. It was the ABA, man.

Your lone good point.

Don't forget Dan Issel's teeth.
Or anything about Billy Paultz.

Paultz was a trip. Dude goes in the NBA with the Spurs and plays like 10 more years! Crazy. We used to laugh at his awkward self.

ABA had some very good teams. That Kentucky team that won in 1975 was solid.

The ABA had some charactors for sure. McGinnis milked it good!

Don't forget, the NBA had attendance problems back then also and teams were losing money. Finals were on tape delay one year!
