Thats the way the Knicks have been outscored in the 3rd quarters since the All-Star break.

We keep losing the game in the third. What exactly happens at halftime is anybody's guess, but they play so terrible in third quarters that once the deficit hits double digits, and it always does, its a sure loss.

This is collection of players, coaches, and executives...
Who knows if this mess will be a team and how long it will take?

Yes. We need a coach who takes us from (needing to be and asking for) a roster-turnover machine to a stable TEAM.

During Halftime, the knicks and MDA goes into the locker room to watch a "Halftime Clown Show featuring Melo" Melo performs magic tricks and juggles balls and try to set the locker room on fire. Knicks, feeling satisfied about another Melo Clown show comes back at the half relaxed and joyous and suddenly realize they're at a basketball game but before they could bring themselves around to it in the 3rd QTR, it is already too late.


Chandler said " I thought we came out of a Circus Tent during the halftime. I kept looking around and wondering where we were."


Lin "I slept through Melo's clown show and I was dreaming it was Mid February."


Novak " I guess we forgot we were at a basketball team. It happens."

MDA "Guys enjoyed themselves going into Halftime and Melo put on quite a show. I think he's going 5 for 5. The last five shows were top notch, brilliant stuff. I'm looking forward to more Halftime Clown Show with Melo. Oh, what was that? Basketball...You're right, I almost forgot."

Maybe yes maybe not. Can you say that he didn't? I can't say either way but I bet he did for most of them.

Coach/Manager gets called in and his boss says "Mr Manager, your team is doing terrible" Manager says "I have a ****ty team get me some players. I wan't x x and x" "Manager "done"

Next Month:

Coach/Manager gets called in and his boss says "Mr Manager, your team is doing terrible" Manager says "I have a ****ty team get me some players. I wan't x x and x" Boss says "done (some players that were asked for and maybe others - who will ever kow)"

Continue loop 10 times.

Boss does not call in Manager - but fires his ass.

Manager on exit interviews says "I never really got my type of players" - tell that to the unemployment folks.
