1) We got to get back to the press and the trapping defense. This team has extremely good hands on defense, even the dreaded CM & AS. It get's the teams blood flowing and sparks the offense threw fast break points.

2) We have to get back to having a first and second unit again. The BD/Lin experiment should be over. The second unit has lost it's punch and I see Novack taking less and less shots the more we break up the second unit. They used to live on SN good looks and that is slowly dying with all the mixing of the two units.

3) We got to pick 10 and stay with those 10 players. Novack and JJ2 are the main stays off the bench, we need to choose between Fields, Shumps, JR, Baron, and Jorts. 11 players is messing the chemistry of this team.

I would start Shump with TC and Bring Novack/JJ2/Jorts off the bench.
