Mike Dantoni didn't have stars, so we brought them in.

Mike Dantoni didn't have defensive players, so we brought them in.

Mike Dantoni didn't have a point guard, so we got one.

Mike Dantoni didn't have depth, so brought some in.

Mike Dantoni has failed miserably with this team.

Fire Dantoni.

i am starting to think that way too. there is no excuse why we are struggling like this. tired of this chemistry debate. its the coaches job to make it work.

Im sorry but this time I don't believe MDA is the main reason for this debacle. Im sure if he had a say, he would give away one or maybe two of the stars given to him and go to war with the rest of the team... And come back a winner.

and yet... he still plays the guys 'he's gladly give away' big minutes and in key situations

I guess he has to try to make it work, even if its evident it doesn't.

Yes, and he does have some say. Grunwald does go to MDA for roster decisions. The thing is, MDA is paid to coach. He's paid to prepare the players we have and put them in positions to succeed, even if it does mean tweaking his 'system.' Of course he's not the main reason. But his job is to sort this out. The thing kills me the most is when he makes some arbitrary substitution when we have a unit that's clicking. It just appears to me that he's too stubborn. My job doesn't always give me all the resources I feel I need. Do you sit there and bitch or do you look for ways to succeed? MDA needs to find a way to win.

Who is to say if MDA was against ANY of the roster moves?

Another few things to add to the list of why D'Antonimis doing a horrible job from today's game:

1) No reason to bench Melo. He was playing hard and making good decisions.

2) Didn't put any full court pressure on until they were DOWN BY 17 IN THE 4TH!!!!

This team is lost because the coach is lost. Blame Melo all you want. This mess is because our coach can't find the Right way to make his roster work. STAT playing like a scrub is another big reason. But mostly, our coach is an amateur.

If we will fire Mike and team will still failed miserably... then what?

Then we re-hire MDA and look like sh1t again - and do this recursively.

Or, we get PJax and hope he can instill pride, confidence and balls in this team. Oh ... and gets them to play consistent defense. Oh ... and maybe win some playoff games.

Actually if I were Lin, I'd find a quick exit out to another team. The Los Angeles Lakers looks like a good place to start.

With selfish Kobe? No. That won't work.
