Why has Amare stopped shooting from the HS elbow three?

STAT was automatic from that range last year and wouldn't hesitate to take that shot last year from a Felton pass. This year, he's passing on wide open looks..

What happened?

Injury or no injury, you don't lose your shooting touch. Your shot stays with your for life unless you've got some injury in the arm or hand.

Might have been the back, or the extra muscle. All I know is I've watched him take too many open 15 footers and put up bricks this season. He needs to get his shot back if he's going to regain last year's status.
