Do you think we could get david lee back for him, straight up?
The guy cant shoot the mid range, cant rebound, doesnt play ANY DEFENSE.

It's really not the question we should be asking.

More like, "who can we find that's stupid enough to take Melo off our hands?"

Carmelo Anthony is ANTI-BASKETBALL

Posted this in another thread...

Here is a mother of a trade. 3 Team Deal

NY Knicks
Outgoing : Melo, Stat
Incoming : Dwight, JJ Reddick, Kwame Brown

Orlando Magic
Outgoing : Dwight, JJ Reddick
Incoming : Melo, Monta Ellis

GS Warriors
Outgoing : Monta Ellis, Kwame Brown
Incoming : Stat

I think this helps everybody. Kwame is contract filler and Reddick would be great alongside Lin and the twin towers.

We might have to send some money to GS to cover Amare's contract.

Houston could be a trade partner, with their interest in Gasol. They can take Stoudemire off our hands and not give up everything that they were willing. Kevin Martin is having a bad year, and would be a good fit at SG considering his ability to stretch the floor and not have to have the ball in his hands. Stoudemire and Fields to Houston for Martin and a filler (Thabeet.) Houston might like the combination of Lowry and Stoudemire.

C Chandler
PF Harrellson
SF Anthony
SG Martin
PG Lin

6th Smith
7th Shumpert
8th Novak
9th Jeffries
10th Davis

Very balanced starting lineup with shooting and defense, plus a deep bench.

I'm telling you it's the goggle that is screwing his shots up. I don't think he's got any peripheral vision wearing that thing. He can't see to either side, and he can't feel for his opponents. He should take it off and try playing a game without it.
