...or at least that's how I feel. They are getting themselves stuck at .500 and that sucks.

Seriously, their second string should be able to take down the Hornets and Nets. This is sad and deflating. Surely many will blame Melo, but that doesn't explain the lose to the Hornets. Beat the teams you should and that's nearly .500 ball for the Knicks. Pepper that with victories against your equals and a few against the better teams and you've got a mid-level playoff seed that can lead to good things. Right now the Knicks don't deserve their crappy 7th or 8th seed...if they can even hold onto it.

the hornets loss was worse. the nets just had the luckiest night i have ever see. also the refs were god awful. i mean sheldon williams should have been fouled out in the 2nd quarter and humphries as well

This team is a bit out of synch now, cuz we tried to work with a new Starting Line up of STAT and Melo with Lin and we didn't have Shump. Then we had Baron and JR. So things aren't as in the flow as they were. Thank goodness we'll have the All Star Break and some practice days to get things worked out. PATIENCE is a virtue.

I agree, this game was a combination of outstanding shooting by Dwill, along with rust on Melo's shot, incorporating new players, adjusting to a slightly different rotation. They'll get it together soon. After last night's amazing win, a let down game was in the making, all things considered.

And JLin still had a solid game.

Yeah... our second unit didn't mesh well. Melo was rusty. But Amare looks awful. He doesn't attempt to contest lay ups and is getting his shot blocked one per game.

Another sky is falling thread.

Wonder if we can just loop these all together in a separate forum.
