- Lin was tired, His shots were short, he didnt have enough legs, but credit rubio for hounding him. Still finished with 20/8/6.. His turnovers will decrease once Melo and Amare comes back

- Shumpert played well tonight. Got to the hoop and finally finished well, what I just dont understand is why dosent he get to the line more often, he is a good free throw shooter.

- Fields played well but was up against point guards the whole night. He needs his shot back, he has been abysmal this whole season. He is aiming his shot rather than letting it flow, but he played great defensively

-Novak- Great three point shooter, I like that he is shooting off the dribble now. He was just a spot up shooter, but if he masters the off the dribble shots he can be really deadly. Also he has been impoving defensively. He really loves D antoni's system. It will be interesting to see how he will fit in the rotation once everyone is healthy.

- Jeffries- Played hard but was outmatched tonight. Had difficulty guarding both Love and Peclovic, but had active hands tonight and played great team defense.

- Chandler- sort off neutralized Love after his foul trouble and finished well again in the rim. This guy is worth every penny of his contract. Guys respect him. He was key in the fourth quarter.

-Walker- Painful to watch. Just get him in there to punk someone. Very inconsistent player.

-Bibby- Also another player painful to watch. Although he tries on D he just sucks. During the 2nd quarter there was mad switching just to cover Bibby's D which led to open 3's for the wolves. To his credit he gets his hands on a lot of loose balls, but I would still play douglas over him. Atleast douglas can dribble the ball, once bibby gets the ball he immidietly looks for the point guard.

Overall great win for this team. It just makes strengthens the team chemistry. They looked really tired from the whole week especially after yesterday's game and travelling to minnesota, but they still gutted it out, ugly win, but a win is a win. 5 IN A ROW!

In the case of the Wolves their Big men and Rubio are great pieces, but they need to trade Wes johnson,Randolph and Ridnour for a solid 2 guard. If they do they make a lot of noise on this League. They have a great coach with adelman.

This was a tough one. It was a away game after last night. The knicks didn't play well because they were tired but they never gave up. Also like i said before the refs were putrid. But in the end we played like a team once again

That was really stupid when they gave the ball to the wolves when rubio got the technical. I hope they suspend that ref

That was one of the ugliest Knicks performance in a while but impressive that they pulled off the win, especially with the BS calls and getting jerked out of 2 free throws. This team is clicking. Can't for this team to be healthy.

yea its crazy how they played in NY lastnight and had to fly out West and play again tonight! The combination of the back to back and all the minutes Lin has been logging caught up to him tonight

Ya but consider this if if 20 pts 8 assists and 6 boards is considered a bad night for lin especially being tired as hell thats a good sign

I think its considered a bad night because of his turnovers and forced shots, but at the end of the day with Melo and amare out Ill take it

Absolute Gut Check!

Lin was dead but still managed to produce within the flow of the game. Many of the shots he missed would normally go in and they win by 10. Still had 20/8/6/3!

Great D by all.

Walker and Bibby should sit after STAT and Melo are back. TD is better than both...well, maybe.

Biggest concern is the poor FT shooting by the whole team. Lin must get better as he will have the ball in his hands!

One more beef I have with D'antoni is why in the hell did he not call a timeout in the last play to put in Novak??
Also why didnt he try to put in Jordan to play against the bigs of the Wolves

well melo was shooting like 30 and missing most of them. Lin missed some because of fatigue and he also missed some that should have been soul calls. Like i said if this is a bad game for lin i will take it

You can nitpick any coaches decisions any night of the week. Dude also made some good calls. On the whole his team played a tough game and could've done even better if not for the Refs. To me it wasn't really a big deal. Lin was tired but they have days off coming, so he might as well play and let it all out. Help is on the way so Lin will be getting some of the pressure taken off his shoulders.

Exactly thats a lot on his shoulders being asked to carry the offense. He will have fresher legs throughout the game playing with amare & melo

It's pretty amazing that we went in without Stat and Melo and beat the fully loaded TWolves and the refs at their home. If Walker even had an average game, we win easily. Lin is setting that pace.

Rubio is a gnat. He is all over the place. I think NY would have been very happy with him as the KNicks PG. SOlid passer, good hounding defender. Outside shot is suspect but can hit the occassional shot. He will only get better.

That being said, I think LIN is comparable. Not the flashy passer that Rubio is but is at least as effective setting up teammates. Lin seems to be the better shooter at this point. I wonder what the Poll results would be?

Rubio is a notch higher than Lin. He is a peskier defender and a much greater passer. But jeremy is a better scorer.
