this may be true eVil & BRIGGS certainly has been way out in front on many other players (although its shocking that he would say somebody who didnt go to UConn was worth anything...uhh, any body remember the Hasheem Thabeet is the next Wilt/Russell posts ) but I guess what i'm really trying to say is that this board operates on a herd mentality. Everybody says Melo doesnt play any defense or pass the ball so Melo must not do theses things (even though the numbers this year say otherwise)...everybody says Gallo wouldve become the next Bird if we wouldve kept him, well then by gosh by golly it must be true.
On the other hand, it takes some true cojones for someone to go out on a limb & say something other than what group mentalities here are espousing, so once again Big Ups Eny (& others) who thought outside the box & said this kid is the answer for Dantoni's system.
