Why should the younger Knicks be anything but undiscipline bunch of players when the Team has NO LEADER

What a lame bunch of pathetic lazy individuals. The most undisciplined pro team in the NBA.
I used to deny it but Carmelo Anthony & Amare Stoudemire doesn't even seem to like one another!
Neither Toney Douglas, Nor Iman Shumpert, nor Landry Fields nor Tyson Chandler knows whom to defer to is reason
this team is undisciplined and does whatever they can and want to do on court. Hoist up shots, no rebounder under
boards. You can't even trade Toney Douglas you can poke a fork in him. Its all about points for this young man.
Sometimes a Coach has to be a 6th man' off the bench. Well Mike D'Antoni is too 'Chicken' to ever be that in his life.
Once when Shaq & Kobe were not getting along Phil Jackson became that 6th man, straightened out issues & those LA Lakers
won 3 titles.
Phil Jackson became leader again OR 6th man when he drew up pass-plays for MJ to Jim Paxson OR another time pass to BJ Armstrong
for MJ Bulls to win & advance in NBA east playoffs.
Mr. Melo doesnt lead nor Mr. Amare doesnt lead. The coach doesnt explain squat to them but wants each allstar to be leaders.
D'Antoni just waits with his depressing self and well being for 2 Allstars to lead & netheir are in position to LEAD.
Be a NY Knickerbocker leader.
What is a leader ? you say. Well allstar take a young guy aside. Talk to them, point out mistakes. Lead them praise them
for good and let them know when you're unhappy when they've been poor. Melo Anthony OR Amare cannot even show on court
any anger or emotions when Douglas or Shumpert, make stupid mistakes. Perhaps they do not have confidence cause their
coach does not lead.
Thus younger Knicks cannot possibly respect that is reason Melo has 30 shots 1 Night, Shumpert 20+ shots another night.
You never ever see D'Antoni give a younger player OR experienced vet OR super allstar a piece of his mind on the court
from their play-lacking OR mistakes being made in regard to fundamental basics of hoops.
This team is sickening and will make us Knick fans turn it off the TV tube.
Here is a telling statement, Melo Anthony tells media perhaps he's 'taking too many shots' needs to take less shots,
implying pass more. Mr Genius Mike D'Antoni tells media he told Melo no that Melo needs to be whom he is within his
game and his offense to refute taking less shots.
Well this is all you need to know about Lame D'Antoni coaching staff philosophy.
I can't wait to see this coach get fired. We got no leaders and coach cant even fix that ! 
How are younger players or new knicks (Chandler) to learn from that eh ?
Its ashame Knicks blew it! last night big huge win against the Bobcats.
Knicks was staring down a chance to go 0-4 on trip which definitely would have began Ax' D'Antoni headlines with 10-losses in row
pending on the knicks. Too bad!

I used to feel a little sorry for coach Mike but he desperately needs to go. The Ship done sinked & rolling around in water going
in no direction.
