If you were to remove one piece, which piece being removed would lead to the greatest immediate improvement in balling?

This one is on Dolan and the shortsightedness of executing a long term plan.

I got the house cleaning for cap room and make a run at Lebron.

I got the signing of Amare.

Lets be real, we got Tyson using Billups contract. Nice move but it cost us amnesty.

I don't get the premature shortcut of the Melodrama and the destruction of integrity that led to Donnie leaving.

Donnie left was a clear indication he believed the team as constructed could not sustain success and depleted us of assets, which deplete opportunities.
