I thought about it earlier, but it would make more sense to trade Gasol to Houston for Scola and Kevin Martin, if they were going to move him.
It could benefit both teams, but Gasol is showing he is a much more complete player, while Amare is struggling.
I can't see the Lakers making this move, unless they are pulling a Dolan, to get the "bigger names" vs talent and we are sweeten the deal somehow by giving them
a pick, another player, or/and take back a bad contract of theirs.
