I do agree with him 100%, though I admit it pains me that after 20 years of being a knick fan, I watched more Denver games than Knicks' since the trade. My long beloved Knicks play ugly uninspired selfish ball once more this year, and I truly hope we'll be able to turn the corner anytime soon.
I loved watching Gallo and Chandler's enthusiastic growing pains and I was really sad to see them go.
And though I never liked Melo but would root for him if he started playing the game the right way.
For my 2 favorite teams, I see tonight's game as nothing more than what it is:
- For Denver: an occasion to prove we're for real while completing a 4-0 east coast trip
- For NYC: a chance to redeem ourselves and make a first step toward the end of the tunnel
Either way, I wish both teams and all fans to have fun and enjoy the game for what it is, a game.
