What is with Amare always driving baseline and trying to take a shot from behind the backboard and letting his man block his shot 75% and the other 15 % is a turn over. I don't know if he thinks that he can get by and has lost the athleticism he had. I feel like we may have to part ways wit Amare if possible to build a better team. He looks like he might be on the decline already. He isn't a decent defender. He is a poor defender. Rebounding has improved. He isn't attempting to block shots like he used to. Frankly he isn't playing like a 17 million dollar player. He isn't the scorer that melo is. When melo was out Amare looked Average. He lost his touch on that mid range jumper. I know someone of yall will bash me for this but anyone else think we might have to shop him? Melo and Amare don't mesh well imo.

good lord. you want to know the story of last night?

1) the whole team was tired.
2) amar'e had to sit 1:45 into the game with two fouls and never got into a rhythm.
3) carmelo went out with two separate injuries.
4) iman tried to pick up the slack and score, which is not really his game.

game over. not really a big need to panic except TNT made fun of the knicks on national TV. which they would have done anyway.

seriously. you guys sound like a bunch of cry babies this morning.

5) Marc Gasol is a really bad matchup for Amare

6) Iman played a terrible game

7) KNicks are still trying to figure it out.

Ugly game.

On the Marc Gasol matchup - have to admit, I expected more out of Tyson last night. I looked at the boxscore for the first half and it said he played 17 minutes. I was shocked. I had watched the game and could barely tell me was out there.

So we are playing him 17 million dollars to look average against Marc Gasol? He is struggling to score this season. He needs someone to create for him. He can't get his own shot. Tried of watching him drive and fumble the ball. He can't handle double teams.

No, we're paying stat all that cheese so he never gets in foul trouble. And we're paying Melo to never get hurt. And neither of them should ever NOT be the best player on the floor at their position.

Really, folks, it's 10 games.

1) We just had a four game winning streak.

2) We haven't lost a game by 30 or 40.

3) Shump is fun.

4) Tyson will get his shat together. Anybody who was expecting 20ppg out of him checked their brains a while ago.

Can't we all just go back to hating on Fields?

I'm a huge supporter....but how can you say that 4 game winning streak instilled confidence in this team? Defensively they were outstanding. But until we have a Point Guard we're in deep trouble.

I HATE WHEN THE GAMES ARE ON TNT. Whew....got that off my chest. Charles Barkly is one of the biggest idiots in the world and has a true hate on for the Knicks that has lasted years. We will never EVER get a fair analysis from those tools.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

Can't remember last game we've won on national TV. Everytime we get some exposure, we get embarassed on the floor, in print, on TV, on every outlet imagineable...just sucks because we do seem to win some big ones on MSG. TNT fuggedaboutit!
