Warriors are gonna pull off the upset.

I kind of wish we could've signed Nate again. We could use the spark off the bench. Too bad MDA hates him.

Also, Warriors have beaten the Bulls, Heat and Knicks at home now. For everyone who thinks the loss to the Warriors was a horrible loss.

MDA is as aSS - Nate really did look great and had crazy energy.

Monta Ellis SUX - hes another selfish prick who just won't pass the damn ball and rather just take crappy shots

Noone ever doubted Nates talent. If he had a brain, he could have been more than a Dunk Contest Mascott shooting at his own rim.

Lets hope he finally realized that he can be really good if playing the right way. I wish him nothing but the best! All his flaws aside, I have to like him

I always liked Nate just wish he wasn't such a nut. GSW is probably his last shot, hope he makes the most of it.

What a pick-up for Golden State. Guy is on the unemployment line one day and the next day Golden State has a 6th man.

I bet jax lobbied for nate.... From afar he admired Lee and nate. Its funny how he has the perfect mix for the style of ball he likes to play. Golden state always had a decent mix now they have a coach that got them on the right page. Surprised by Jax. Good job so far

Mark Jackson was a perfect fit for the Knicks and Donnie Walsh knew it.

will 3 midgets really work together?

Monta Ellis
Stephon Curry
Nate Robinson

unless they have Dwight Howard or 2 super athletic biggs at Center, PF, and a tremendous athlete at SF.
They want a great return if they trade either or but its not happening cause every GM knows they will have to pick one or the other.
I personally think Monta Ellis is a great scorer and athlete, a younger way more athletic Iverson.
At 10m per year, he is a keeper if his body doesn't break down.
Curry has had so many injuries with his ankle, its so scary to imagine what his drop off will be when he is on the decline.

They should look to package either one with another player, Biedrins or David Lee for an "all star" and look to splurge on the right players this summer, with the amazing talent available. Tyson Chandler would have made them a lot better and would be good enough to cover David Lee's defense. Their rebounding and team play would have been great tandem.
Mark Jackson has gotten Monta Ellis to finally play some team ball and not the "black hole" that he has been during his entire career.
More importantly, they have been improved their defense without any great defensive players.

Really? Don't you MJax fans keep telling us he is great defensive minded coach? How does Avi Lee and the HHR fit that description?

TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

I think that is a good team that will play great team ball. Lets not forget they would have a lot more experience playing with each other with chemistry and much more experience with Dantoni's system. As great as Melo is, a deep lineup like that could make up for it. I think Wilson Chandler would not have went to China if New York kept him either.
He doesn't seem to want to be in Denver, ready to take the qualifying offer and go off to another team. I think Wilson Chandler is very much missed in the Garden with his versatility.
He was our Shawn Marion in some sense, his versatility, size and skills on both ends are needed in Dantoni's system.

Gallo had way more trade value than Wilson Chandler, so it would make more sense to trade him instead. Denver totally devalued our players, in the end, we saved them 40million and gave up 6 players for one player. Randolph has game, I think Tyson Chandler would have helped guide him in the right direction. We really should have been able to keep

Mosgov or 2nd round picks
and
Wilson Chandler or Felton
=================================================

Gallo
Felton
Wilson Chandler

Mosgov
Anthony Randolph

Eddy Curry *expiring that helped saved Denver $40million in salary*
1st round pick
1 swap for 1st round pick
2 GS 2nd round picks

Realistically, we should have never traded for Billups and it should be for Melo alone. I don't mind Balkman but Felton vs Billups were 2 completely different players. Billups is better suited playing the SG at this point of his career, without the ability to penetrate or defend PGs. However, we would have never had to money to sign Tyson Chandler, so in a sense, with the luck of the amnesty, it worked out for us.

Melo will most likely opt out in another 2 more seasons after this one. He will likely try to get the most he can, possible that would be his last "big contract".
Amare's deal ends a year later with Tyson Chandler. A year after that, Iman Shumpert's big pay day is set, assuming, the Knicks will not give him a qualifying offer and extend him. I know its only a couple of games he has played but it looks like he will demand the max salary if he isn't injured and continues to improve and work hard on his game.
