The Knicks game is on NBA-TV and NBA League Pass is free until 01/08/2012.
Short of that, you can listen to the game on the radio 1050 AM.

There's an HD Feed in the 360s on TimeWarner, but only 1 channel works for me. :(

Time Warner doesnt offer all games in HD. Only service I know that does is Directv.

U-verse got them working in HD!

NBA.TV carried the game but flipped around the free League pass and they were all in HD goodness.

My Time warner sucked that way. Glad I switched!

Just checked they still have the 2-3 HD stream limit which is a non-starter for me.

if they cna stream 3, thats better than what Time warner did last year.
