I saw him play jersey tonight and he alone would be a franchise player in the east. He would also make the game easier for his teammates. They gave jErsey all they could handle with a patched up crew with him leading the way blocking shots , hitting 3's and posting up with a def turnaround. He should have been our #1 priorty not pg.

No GM in the NBA would choose Sheed over Marbury.

I would love to get Sheed in NY, but I dont think he is a Max Contract caliber player. Marbury is definately one of the few players in the NBA who should be maxed out( top three at his position).

With all of Sheeds past problems being a headcase I think it is too much of a risk to give him a huge contract. Sheed is very talented and will be a beast in the east. But Marbury was our first priority.
