If knicks management have unlimited money to work this out and it does effect NY under CBA rules, WOW. We can make room for K-mart A Brooks & Chandler 1.4 vet league minimium sometime around the trading deadline. Not to sure about guidelines. But you know chinese owners will be happy to let them go for right price. Harrelson & walker to IR

The Chinese basketball league basically isn't allowing buyouts for NBA players until the season ends in march. Denver also owns Chandler's rights.
