There is not room in this league if all teams from last year return. To join, get the commissioner to increase the maximum number of teams, or remove teams that will not be returning. (Error #638)

Same error. Eny did you invite people or re-invite managers? It holds spots for them.

Go to Commish Tools, Edit League Settings, change maximum # of teams to 20.

How did you delete slots?

In the invite section they had previous team owners holding spots with no email attached to the name ....mad annoying so I just deleted the teams and opened up the slots
