Looks like they signed Delonte West to replace Barea and also Vince Carter who cleared waivers

I don't disagree that he may want to team with Dirk and come home to Dallas. I disagree that Delonte West & The Ghost of Vince Carter make him more likely to team up with Dirk. In fact, I dont just disagree, I find it laughable.

i think what Supreme was implying is that Delonte and Vince are on 1 year deals and so the cap space is still preserved, nothing more.
