Will miss the guy. Do not want to see him in the playoffs, the guy is a killer.
Rose is not the answer.

He was very lucky that the Knicks picked up his option. I'd like to see how much he got as a free agent.

At his age, I understand if he want's to play for a competitor and not be in a rebuilding process.
However, many team's that are under the cap, that can sign him also giving him a chance to shine.

Thunder
Clippers

Philly
Indiana

Washington
Kings
Suns

I hope Thunder pick him up. Gets him out of Miami contention.

He would be a great addition for them. He could lead, mentor, play a lot and compete for a championship.

I'll laugh if a team we play against relies on him heavily, and he's hobbled in the playoffs. The Knicks did him a huge favor by picking up his option.

It's hard feeling sorry for a player who picked up a 14 million dollar payday. Reminds me of David Lee crying that he wasn't respected after the qualifying offer of 8 mil. Get over yourself.

He would provide an awful lot for them. That team also has a young coach. Chauncey's leadership would be so valuable there. Wade won a championship and has some maturity but he is still a young guy. Some of the nonsense and lack of professionalism that went on there last year wouldn't happen with Chauncey. I wish Chauncey could still be in NY but Chandler is a much more valuable player for the Knicks.

Chauncey, Go cry in the bathroom with the rest of the women. I don't wanna see your mascara run all down your face. You are old, here for 3 months and missed the majority of our playoff games and was hurt again before that. Suck it up buckaroo and try not to pull a rib cage muscle crying too hard about being cut

Yeah, Chauns is like a good wrestler who is going to the dark side.

Chauns threat to retire is funny. Threat to be disruptive is also funny.

I would like to see him in Denver but with Miller and Lawson he don't fit in their plan.

Should end up in Minny being a tutor to Ricky. He can snarl and be mean to him which is what Rubio might actually need.

This could really come back to haunt us if he does sign with a top EC team- really hope he goes back west. I get that h's fed up of being moved around in trades and disrespected but at the same time- get some perspective! You've just been GIVEN $14 million for nothing! If he wanted to control his destiny then he shouldn't have insisted we took up his option at the end of last season, then he could have signed a longer term, much lower contract with a team of his chosing. Instead he opted for the big pay day- it's his own fault.

Agents really should advise players, coaches and owners from doing interviews so close to these kinds of things happening- like the Cavs owner when Lebron left- they just come across badly because they're still raging- just give it week to cool off a bit.
