Wizards both these teams, especially Wizards, have some core that can make it to playoffs and use his services.

Billup's got his 14.2m and he shouldn't be a B!#* about it. I understand if they made him go to a totally rebuilding team. But these teams are serious threats that can use his services. He should be glad he didn't get cut and got his big pay day. I do not want him on on the Heat or Celtics to haunt us. On top of it, he shouldn't be able to threaten teams and earn another contract if he clears waivers in amnesty. It just isn't right.... I would have cut him after last season, I was going to go after a center regardless but that's me.

14.2 m? people are saying its too much for Chandler, but no way Billup's lives up to that contract at his stage in his career either. Don't get me wrong, Billup's can be a vital piece that can cover his weakness, more importantly, he would be a great 6th man or bench player to come in and score. He just isn't in the ideal situation at that price for New York.
