oh well, more $$$ costs of the Suns pocket. screw Grant Hill, since he never had the heart to be a Knick all along.

That's a major bummer. Part of the reason I was willing to renounce Chauncey was that I thought we'd at least get Hill's play-making abilities at SG. We have a gigantic whole now. I don't think Hill used us. I never saw any quotes attributed to him about playing in NY. It seemed like it was just media speculation.

Too bad, but I had a feeling he'd stay with his friends and the team he's used to. He's got it pretty cushy out there.

yeah, he did it for his kids. They were entrenched in school. Not much you can complain about here.

anyone think he's worth 6.5? I think thats a stretch. Not a huge one, but a stretch nonetheless.

If he plays like last year, he's worth more like 10.5. He's very good on both ends of the court and I'm sure he could put up more PPG if he cared about that.

I give him a ton of credit just for playing at the age of 40. If the city is more important than the teams win-loss record, so be it. Picking location over the effectiveness of your employing organization is a common decision for humans.

It wasn't his choice. When the Knicks pulled the trigger on the Chandler deal they lost the mid level exception they were going to give Hill. They tried to work a sign and trade with the Suns but the Suns weren't game.
