If we are clearing the space for another FA signing for Deron, CP3 or Dwight then we really can't expect too much this year.

At least we will have another "reason".

66 games. We don't fully go out and spend.

So our roster again will be unbalanced unless we get a quality big to help Amare carry the load and help his back.

MDA is not extended, on the clock, will be micro evaluated by press and anyone thinking anyone coach is better than him.

Chauns should be able to handle the point. He is a solid pro even if he is just here for 66 more games.

Shump is a rookie, and unknown quantity despite his video workout legend. We'll root for him as we do all our rooks until he gets traded.

Key is Landry and we need to see if he can progress. The kid has risen to meet every challenge in college and his rookie year.

Shawn williams? Walker? Jorts? TD?

Who stays, who goes, and who rises to meet the challenge.

I hope the focus is not on "Dwight, CP3 or Deron" all season.

I want the focus to be on the team as it is.

I can't remember the last time I was this excited for the season to begin. The Knicks will be good this year and we're heading back to the playoffs. I'm trying to keep my expectations in check but if the team stays healthy I expect an exciting year.

Expecting big wins and bas loses. 50/50 and first round exit.
Team is incomplete and missing the base core which belongs.
Melo and Stat are the cream but where is the coffe?
Lidersheep is all temps and Isiah is hanging at the horizon.

I am with Rangers first and foremost - they have core, sole, The Coach, young home grown talent (already 2 waves), and solid veterans.
Knicks have long way to go. But hey... They can surprise me too.

LOL this is NY we are talkin' 'bout!! If the media doesn't mouth CP3 and keep the fire under the d'A hotseat their is not a single taxi on the island.

They have ESPN's Bagley stirring the pot already and the guys haven't even laced up for practice.
