I've been wondering what Josh Harrellson has been doing during the lockout. Not much news. He was honored by his hometownHigh School on Thanksgiving - they retired his number #55. First retired number ever by them. He has been playing exhibition games for pay along with some of his former U of Kentucky teammates, and he does look to be in shape. In the picture, that is what 6'10" 275 pounds looks like next to an average size person (Mayor of St Charles).

Harrellson has aided tornado victims in Alabama and was featured in a news story when he kept a man who was alledgedly intoxicated from driving away from a Lexington, Ky bar. In June, the Knicks paid the New Orleans Hornets $750,000 for the right to draft Harrellson, who is 6-foot-10, 275 pounds, 45th overall.

Harrellson said he's been bouncing around between Florida and Kentucky while he trains for the start of the season. Because he's a rookie and the season has yet to start, he has yet to receive his first professional paycheck. He said he's been earning money playing in exhibition games in Kentucky with former Wildcats teammates.....

.....Harrellson said he's made his own logo and wants to start a clothing line named "Jorts." He got the nickname when a photo of him wearing jeans shorts made its rounds on a website popular with students at Kentucky. Harrellson, however, is smart enough to realize fame can be fleeting; he said he wanted to create a memorabilia line of merchandise for his fans while his name is still "hot."

I dunno if you look the way his right foot it angled to the left and the crease of his pants twisting just so I can see a slight imbalance in his stride and potential ACL strain in this first 50 games!

Don't spoil my morning. I do hope you're kidding. The strike will be over and we will have the first game on Christmas Day against the Celtics.

Edit: I see Josh Harrellson as a Kendrick Perkins type player and have high hopes for him.

A good hard foul. Something that has been lacking. No easy baskets!

Dude. Hand is part of the ball. I see no foul here.

It should be obvious here that Sullinger is attempting to determine whether he wears Right Guard or Old Spice and his mind is not on his game.

Bill Simmons on Tyreke Evans "The prototypical 0-guard: Someone who handles the ball all the time, looks for his own shot, gets to the rim at will and operates best if his teammates spread the floor to watch him."
