I didn't actually read that document but it's amazing how messy things have become.

I read a lot of it. My take is that the owners were prepared to push the players into a corner and they wanted to have the legal power to prevent them from getting out of it.

Looks familiar.
The company "X" put their best workers into a corner... but they said f..ck you and took their talents somewhere else.
So company "X" is proudly goes out of business....
By the way - can NBA file chapter 11 as a whole?
