I have three suits already
1. Dark grey suit
2. Navy Blue with pinstripes
3. Khaki color suit

I looking to get a new one, what color should I get. I a brownish tan skinned individual.

the basic navy blue suit is classic and it is appropraite in all settings. I say go for the classic

Agreed and I have one - but he already has a Navy with Pinstripes so I still recommend black.

It also depends on what he plans on using the suit for - interviews? at work? going out?

ok cool. suit colors look different on people, so i would suggest checking out places where you can get the best bargain for your $. two places come to mind that have high quality suits at real good prices. lohmanns on 18th and 7th or century 21 across from the WTC. each place has a ton of different selections and even have tailors onsite to adjust pant or jacket length depending on your size.

The other thing to consider is fabric and weight. If the other three suits are wool/silk, maybe you want to grab a summer weight suit, and then just get whatever you look best in
