i wish i coulda said i had better things to do, but i couldnt even watch the 2nd half. I would have liked to see them play a little D.

I stopped watching in the first half... after Lebron shot almost every ball he touched.

Cuz now everyone will talk about his 33 points... but nothing about how many freakin shots it took him.
If anyone knows of a SMART Knicks forum, with lots of activity, and minus people like PLAYA... holla at your boy.

I though David Stern's comments after the game were right on, something like "Hey, these guys (LeBron, Melo) thought they deserved to be on the All-Star team and they can't even win the rookie game".

I like that.

the game sucked period. no defense was played so any dunk you saw was total b.s. and was easier to do than in the dunk contest. if they want to play it like that,they should just cancel the thing

you guys are all right on. I couldn't even watch the game. Why didn't either team even play a little D? It made them look like lazy ****s.

ok..I'm I the only one that knew that this was just an All-Star game? Can someone re-call an All-star game where real defense was played?

while we at it...look up the final scores for this years NHL and NFL All-stars games

Whoa....swish... there is a difference. In most all-star games they at least attempt a little defense... or for that matter at least run around. These guys just stood around, and only moved if they were running for a dunk or to shoot. It was a disgrace

I understand where you coming from..but no one is going to play hard (at least on defense) you know...run around taking charges and **** and possibly getting hurt when there's still another half of ball to be played..so again..when was the last time any real defense was played in a NBA All-star game?

better yet...let's see how much is played Sunday night.

Did you see the 20th Show TNT had yesterday? Did you see how the game was played in 88? Thats how it needs to be played.

I'm watching the 92 game right now, and everyone is playing D, even with the East down 30. So the rest is BS. How can you even compare this to the pro bowl? The pro bowl was an embarassment. I'm just hoping we see some D tonight. Otherwise I'll be wondering what happened to the competitor from the past.
