Nothing ground breaking here at all.
Hahn really not a fan of this draft. Stated several times this is a bad draft, and may only be 15 players deep. Players' are starting to get overvalued; "the girl at the bar gets prettier the later at night it gets".
Thinks it's very possible a team in the top 12 would trade down for $3M and possibly Toney if "they see what we see" in this draft. Said its what the Knicks should have done in 09 with Jordan Hill and took Ty Lawson later.
There could be 5 or 6 players the Knicks could select at 17, no idea who they'll take yet.
Knicks really hoping Jerome Jordan can contribute. Expect him to be in training camp.
As far as a new CBA is concerned - said he expects to see a hardcap in place next year, although it will be the league admitting to poor management, as small/medium market teams like Utah/SAS/Cleveland have shown they can win already.
