![]() I am really liking Brooks the more I watch these clips. He has a lot of Kobe in his game. I love the wiggle in his game and he is very complete. Drive, Stop and Pop and has very good range.

![]() The strides he takes and his jumpshot...... I kinda see a little kobe in his movements.
He looks very smooth and sure of what he is doing IMO, not a project at all. "Really, all Americans want is a cold beer, warm p***y, and some place to s**t with a door on it." - Mr. Ford

I nailed Brooks and jenkins awhile ago. throw in Vucevic and those are three straight ballers who can all help right now. Maybe in a thin draft where some teams might want out--we could spin all 3??? That would give us a back up PG a C and a long 2G---is there a way that can happen? RIP Crushalot😞

Once again the draft isn't thin. There are about 15 prospects in this draft bantered about with great degrees of separation where they could land from one mock to the next. Brooks sounds like he could be a thirsty offensive talent with potential but is he what we really need if he's even there? Sounds like the kid won't go past lotto. |

![]() No problem with Brooks. Thing is we have need of quality depth almost everywhere so... I feel pretty good about this draft. It's not top heavy, but there's a ton of good talent throughout into the 2nd rd. We need players on the cheap and hopefully Donnie will buy into this draft and take another player or 2.

![]() I like Jimmer, but don't think there's any way he gets past Utah. He would be GREAT in MDA's system. You know there wasn't much excitement about this years pick at the start of the year, but as we get closer to the draft and start to get a look at the overall talent. This is a solid draft with some good overall talent all the way thru. It makes such a difference when you go into a draft not looking for a savior for you team but a solid piece to the puzzle!!!

![]() I'm pretty sure Utah would pick Jimmer with the 1st overall; I just don't see them letting him go

The question is how much of a need does he fill for us? We already have a bunch of wings. At the same time, I don't want to reach for a player just because he fills a need. As for Jimmer crapping on Nolan Smith. Smith is solid, but he's not capable at this point to replicate thet level of defense Jimmer will face at the next level. If Jimmer can score on Kawhi Leonard, then Nolan Smith shouldn't be a problem. Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right.
