You forgot an obvious choice ... no one!

How about this scenario: Isiah stands pat because he doesn't like the deals out there (or no one wants what he's offering) and we stick it out the rest of the season with the current squad, make the playoffs.

As long as we make the playoffs, Dolan will be happy. Then Isiah uses the offseason to make some moves for a low-post player.

Not saying this is how it will go, or if I really care either way, just saying that it is a strong possibility and was left out of the poll choices.

What are the words 'Camby' and 'high profile low post player' doing in the same thread?

knicks aren't getting anyone now that sheed is gone. Unless they traded othella and frank for swift type. Memphis already has 2 vgood point guards anyway.

this is hilarious!!! You are so right. He is neither high profile nor a low post player. The only reason he has any fame is because he was a Knick. And why would we want him when he was hurt 50% of the time he was a Knick and he hasn't made any significant improvements to his game.

I guess Steph could throw him some alley-oops, but beyond that I don't really care for him unless he comes super cheap.

Agree Camby's not a post-up player, but think his game is well suited to what the Knicks need. Dude's getting 10+ boards, 2.5 blocks a game in less than 30 minutes. Would bring intimidating D, fast break and follow-up points we need. Got enough players to call plays for. Need guys who help you even when you're not calling their number.

All that said, I wouldn't give up too much for Camby. No matter how much I like his game when he's playing, fact is he can't be counted on to be on the floor.

10 and 2.5 is what Mutombo can give you and he has a heck of a lot better chance against Shaq.

i would love to swipe both those guys but i dont see it. i truly believe laydumb couldve had white on the cheap and balked. now there are several clubs IMHO who see what he can be. Nazr is underrated and underappreciated. I think it is plausible to get White because he matches Doleac and they need frontcourt help badly nazr is in the mid 5s so i dont see much unless we packaged doleac and harrington to save atl $$$$$ either player would help

Also, according to NY Times, Zeke is thinking of Dampier, whom GS is dangling.

IT will get Chris Webber. Sac does not need him. They will get KT and some others back from NY.
