Holy crap. Thoughts? Anyone have a vid?

you can see billy walker emphatically pointing to the ref (who was right in front of the play, how he missed it is beyond me) that KG's hand was out of bounds.

i don't have a video though

KG made a great defensive play. JJ makes that pass and Walker dunks we go up by one.

Who knows, 5-6 seconds left maybe Ray Ray stabs us in the heart again.

Defense gave us that look and took it away. Boston made a defensive play that enabled them to win.

As a fan it sucks. As a basketball fan Im impressed.

Unless Corey Brewer is walking thru the door..........

I looked at the video on my DVR...Didn't see it...don't think it was even close...They showed a replay from under the basket where you could see KG left hand hitting the floor...It was just a great play by KG sad to say...

It wasa good playby Garnett. Jeffries should have gone up, either drawing the foul, making the shoot or having Bully in position to make the putback

I thought he was OOB when I saw it live, but the replay MSG showed looked like it was clearly a clean play. Breen is usually on top of that kind of stuff and he and Clyde agreed it was clean.

if jeffries doesn't awkwardly turn away from the basket and bring the ball down to his waist, it's a bang-bang play for a billy walker dunk. then everyone talks about how MDA is a genius for drawing up the unexpected play involving jeffries. sports are awesome.

I thought he was out of bounds initially but they showed another angle from underneath the basket and it looked clean. One could say even if there could have been a touching that the scramble led to being shoved pushed out by Effries being on top of him.

One day hopefully we get players and coaches here who'll garner that kind of respect because both sides of the ball are emphasized equally.

Phil Jackson as NY Knicks coach definitely would have gotten the call reversed and possession to NY. good call.

You look at the play again and you can see that Walker was set up for an easy basket- probably a dunk. It really was a pretty play on our part. A great pass by Anthony (the right decision, IMO), and the right idea by Jeffries, who would have probably given us a Charles Smith flashback if he had attempted to shoot over KG. Unfortunately KG made a good defensive play.

If Jeffries makes the pass people are applauding Anthony, who had enough BB sense to understand that he was being TRIPLE TEAMED, and had to get the ball to the open man.

The Celts gambled- basically saying that they would do anything to keep Anthony from taking an open shot- and they won the gamble. Anthony tries to drive and he probably gets stripped- and do any of you think that the refs would have given Anthony a call that would have possibly given the Knicks the lead over Boston in Boston?

I really hope the Knicks get the same sort of home court treatment in The Garden that the Celtics got in Boston. It "almost" feels like the fix is in up there (I mean in terms of the no calls).

Oh man watching it on replay, why did JJ take that angle, it looks like if he would have stayed in the paint, the ball was coming right to him. he would have caught it in stride. Even throw a pump fake, im not bad at him cause thats not what he is accustom to doing but dude.

He looked like someone who wanted nothing to do with the last play of the game and the feeling was mutual.
