Sounds like the BipVirus!
 I've found that McAfee finds viruses that Norton misses and vice versa, the same with other brands. Try Avast, they have a free version, it might be able to find that virus and remove it. If not I'd try SpySweeper from Webroot. http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download

try running malware bytes in safe mode. there's also combofix (but only use it if you download it from: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/).

I think I figured this one out on my own, so hopefully I have seen the last of it and it didn't do any damage: I did the task manager thing, and when it was trying to get me to run a scan, I hit end task... which obviously doesn't delete it. However, the real program is written in a different code or name. When windows explorer asked me to send an error report, it actually showed me that code and asked if I wanted to send a report. I didn't. I just copied that code and searched for it, found it, then deleted it.
