The endless debate over the trade, the price for Melo, or if he was even worth it can go on for years.

The great question could be:

Who would win in a 7 game series?

Nicks: Trio of Melo-Amear-Chauns
Knuggets: Starless but double deep at all positions

I don't think people were this upset over trading Starks or Spree or Oakley or Ewing, and they were actual Knicks

I am long on record tht BOTH teams are a work in progress. Denver has expirings to deal with and had to determine what they want to keep, let walk, or trade.

Same with the knicks.

My position is MDA gets to coach thru his contract and we have an higher upside with Melo than Gallo/Chandler.

Pre-Melo we lose a 7 games series to Nuggs, and post Melo their depth and size would beat us.

Nalod is not trying to convince anyone the deal is either good or bad. The Deal is DONE.

Since there is so much chatter about it I wonder what people think.

I would no doubt root for the Knicks to win but think Denver at the moment is a better team.

Its all hypothetical. Unless both make the finals. And we know some would give body parts to see that!

no, it was a team effort, not a streaking, low efficiency scorer riding a good spell.

i'm telling you, and this will be proven, that melo will keep this team spinning its wheels for the next 5 years.
