How many tickets and jerseys have already sold? They hyped up the trade so much and Dolan probably made a fortune by the time the team had gone 6-3 post-trade.

i dont think you can sell a losing team with major flaws. dolan will always be ok financially, if we lose bad for the next 5 years maybe he tightens his budget a bit and the selling of hope begins again.

If I was rich and things could be coordinated- I'd buy them first class round trip tickets and pay any cost for the seats in order to have them their watching that game.
