When are the MDA apologists going to wake up and realize the one constant has been the coach?
who are these decent defenders franco12?
How about Anthony Carter, Toney Douglas and Balkman? Lets add in Fields and Jefferies.
Mason and Billups.
Those are all decent defenders, and presently on the roster.
And when MDA & Walsh had a chance to keep someone like PEJ who could have brought some defense to this team, they opted instead for outside shooting and offense.
Anthony Carter played well tonight. defended well and moved the ball.
Toney Douglas gambles on defense almost every play in some games. He can be good but he needs to stop gambling so much and start staying with his man all the way to the hoop.
Balkman is Balkman man. He's Balkman, He's just not good.
Fields is a decent defender.
Jefferies is just a frail 6'11 body. I like him but I dont think he is stopping bogut tonight.
Billups has been nothing short of atrocious on defense.
Did you want PEJ when williams couldnt miss the corner 3?
