I played this game in my head with about 20 games left and saw us winning around 48 games. That of course was before we started losing to bottom feeders. We have what should be such a favorbale schedule down the stretch. 8/12 games against teams we should be able to beat. Only one more back to back, which are the last 2 games of the season against Chicago and Boston. We need to have a winning record over 12 games from here on in.

Best case scenario: 43-39
I'll take it scenario: 41-41
Kill Me scenario: 37-45

problem is they haven't shown anything that would allow you to feel comfortable. Does anyone know what the situation would be if we ended up in some freakish 2 or 3 way tie?

We have games left against every team surrounding us in the standings all the way down to Charlotte and Mil. We have to beat every one of those teams. Son of a bitch this is so frustrating....

Best case scenario and most likely scenario is 47-35. What's with the low expectations?

Low expectations is why people were so high on the pre trade Knicks. We have 2 stars and a point guard that used to be pretty damn good. Now expectations are high and we are sucking.

I understand you're being sarcastic. Just venting.

I need a sign to believe we can record one more W before I venture to believe they can even make it to 40. Really, I may sound (read) like a pessimist but there has been nothing that has made me believe we can. Most games we don't have enough energy at the beginning, fail to complete any comeback and lose. When we do lead, we start losing it in the second half until we finally lose. Only a career night from a player can get us a win these days.
