Maybe this will open some minutes for Derrick Brown and everyone can be happy

not at all, and it seems like he was passing up shots, but I could be wrong.

You are right. Shawn Williams went 0 for 3 tonight. But did get 5 rebounds in 22 min.
Note: Sheldon Willians played all of 2:46 min. With a +3. No points. No anything. If you are going to play him, give him a chance.

Yet he played 22min tonight and gave the team very little. No minutes there for Brown I guess even if players are dinged up and we're losing at an alarming rate....

Makes perfect sense

RT @meanbarb: @alanhahn Shawne Williams injury is a tendon, not ligament, and it is in his right ring finger. Looks good in practice.

he's a keeper. I really see Fields/Williams/Douglas as an awesome bench for years to come. Now we just need a staring PG, C and SG

I can see that. Add in 1 young, tough, BIG muthfukka to that list and you have a very sold bench.

IF AR could haveignored his inner PG, he would have been a very nice candidate.

Well know that's a funny one....td has been here a year and he has the longest tenure....there's no reason to believe he will be here beyond the off season...if anything there boosting there trade value..I'm certain none of those guys will be here long term

Not good. Shawne & Billups nagging injuries aren't going to let this team gel before the play-offs.

Probably my three favorite players at this point. Have to admire their hustle.

Well, the last time we had an injury to a player we got to see Mos shine. Hopefully Brown can step up but he is more a finisher than shooter. Will be interesting. Perhaps Fields and Mason get to take more shots, with the latter getting more minutes - though we will be really small then.

Too bad for Shawne, he really was deadly from the corner and I'm sure it will totally affect his stroke.

Im just talking about players worth keeping.

Its likely if Walsh stays Knicks try to pack the roster full of assets, get them playing reasonably well then try to pry CP3 and OK4 from NO for cap relief and every other player not named Melo/Stat.

All we need now is CP3 to say "I'm only playing for the Knicks"

Im still not sold on Douglas, but that may be because right now he has to play 1 and he isn't exactly a good one. He is inconsistent, but this is only his second year. With a more balanced team, I think he will be more appreciated.

Talking about centers, I really hope Jerome Jordan is a player and can give us something from the bench.

And will Rautins be anything in this league? Would be nice he contributes next season, even in a limited minutes kind of way.

Maybe Brown proves the best of all the bench brothers. Im still intrigued by this guy.
