Thanks. That is what I thought but I wasn't sure. I hope they can win enough to not swap. I think the last swap netted the Bulls Joakim Noah. Aldridge was also given up in that trade.
Well Cosmic broke this down a while back.
Basically his opinion was no big deal.
If we make the playoffs and they don't it's mute. If we both make the playoffs but we have a better record it's mute. If we both make the playoffs and they have a better record than us the margin won't be big enough to matter.
The thing to worry about was us missing the playoffs and them making it. Pacers 5 games behind us in the win column and 6gms behind us in the loss column 8th spot
We'd have to have an Epic collapse to get reamed here. Nevertheless we look pitiful and pick swapping could still take place. In a worse record scenario teams can make the playoffs and have worst records than those that didn't.
